Reasons to file an Administrative Review-Building (AR) to the Minister of Interior.

The Applicant pays the AR fees and submits a AR to the appropriate RoC Authority, and may challenge the result in the AC. |

- Rejection of a Building Permit application, or Condition(s) imposed on an issued Building Permit, by the appropriate RoC Authority, at their technical experts’, or other competent RoC authorities’, recomm
- Condition(s) imposed on an issued Building Permit, by the appropriate RoC Authority, at the local AO’s request, following AO’s consultation with British Forces Cyprus and/or the SBA Environment Department and/or the SBA Police.
