Important Notification.

As of the 01 July 2024 when Local Government Reform comes into force, the new District Local Government Organisations (DLGOs) will be replacing the District Administration Office and Department for Town Planning and Housing (DTPH) as the competent authority, for most Non-Military Development (NMD) applications. While all documentation and online guidance are currently being reviewed to reflect this change, all NMD applications should be submitted through the HIPPODAMUS portal.
