THE SBA POLICE CHALLENGE
To have an SBA Police Service which:
- Is open, relaxed and honest with itself and with the people it serves
- Is aware of its environment, is sensitive to change and is to respond to change
- Is clear about its role and its identity and is obviously and justifiably proud of itself
- Is closely in touch with the people it serves, puts them first and delivers what they want quickly, effectively and courteously
- Makes decisions at the appropriate level
